IMPORTANT

Please make sure to send lots of references so that I can have a clear vision of what you'd like. After you've commissioned me, I will send the sketch first, and if you are happy with it, I will receive your payment. You are allowed to ask for changes during the sketching phase, however, during the final steps, you are only allowed to ask for one.

PAYMENTS

I only receive payments through Paypal, unless you are residing in Panama, I can receive it through bank transfers/Yappy. If you'd like to contact me, please use my email nikkynemoart@gmail.com.

DEADLINES

Your commission may take up to 2-3 weeks. However, please don't hesitate in contacting me for updates. I will gladly send them through my email nikkynemoart@gmail.com.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The base price will increase depending on the character details and/or additional items. Each commission will be given with a transparent background or solid color, this is free. For a more detailed background or adding another character, there will be an additional cost that we can discuss through email.

REFUNDS

If for any reason the commission cannot be completed during the given time period, you will receive a full refund. If there is a disagreement about the final product, despite making changes, there will not be a refund for the commission.

USE

You are allowed to use the artwork however you'd like (icons, profile pictures, streaming, etc.) Please make sure that if you are posting it to social media, tag me. I would highly appreciate it!
